March 27 marks the 15 year Anniversary of when I first asked Fred out. Now he had asked me out numerous times and we had gone on several dates before then but, March 27 marks the 15th Anniversary of when I asked him out. I needed a date for a little graduation thing (not highschool) I was involved in and I asked him if he could come along. Afterward I sat next to him in his truck (Awwww now, I'm getting mushy) and we went to dinner with my parents. After that night he was the last man I dated and the rest is history. So this kicks off the first of our many 15 year Anniversary's.
Love you sweetie and thanks for going out with me.
XOXOXOXO
(Look how young and skinny we both were)

Pay backs...
I have gotten a lot of crap from Fred over my Morticia and Gomez prom picture. So this is my payback. (insert evil laugh here)
So imagine yourself on prom night. You spent weeks looking for the perfect dress. You have had your hair and nails done. You are beautiful. You are waiting for your date to show up. Mom and Dad have the camera out ready to take pictures.
Then this guy shows up! Yes ladies and gentleman those are biker shorts (I'm not going to point out the pink on them) with a tux top. Yes, my darling husband and his friend showed up to pick up their prom dates looking like this.
Of course he did end up changing into a full tux for the dance.
Love you baby!

Oh Alfalfa...
I'm sure at some point this post borders on child abuse. I mean who takes a picture of their kid and compares it to Alfalfa? I guess that is me...
So when Chase is just out of the shower and is running around the house with wet wild hair, to me he looks like a blond headed Alfalfa. I have been threatening him for a while I was going to do this and I had to do it before he got his hair cut again. I tried to make him pose just like the real Alfalfa (he's 8 and hates photos) and I didn't have a bow tie for him to wear but, I did make him put a button up shirt on. So here's to you my little "Alfalfa"
**Well at least I have a picture to torture him with when he starts dating**

The Gold Nugget...
I believe the Pinewood Derby is a starting point for a boy to become a man.
Boy take piece of wood, boy carve piece of wood, boy paint piece of carved wood, boy race painted carved piece of wood.
Chase and the "Gold Nugget" participated in the 2011 Pinewood Derby.
Accompanied by Sean, Fred and Jarod, They won 3, 1st place races and placed 5th overall.
Good job Chase and the "Gold Nugget".

George...
We went to St. George over the weekend for the March Madness Softball tournament. It was a really good time and the guys had fun. This is the 9th year that Fred has done the tournament. The boys played 6 or 7 seven games and with the exception of the first game (when they only had 8 players) played really good games. Fred's knee and shoulder survived and my baby even hit a grand slam.
Of course we had to go to the rotary park and take pictures. Kelsey says it is tradition and we HAVE to do it.
