Let's play dress up..

Kelsey and I, well more Kelsey decided we should dress her up. She wanted to try on my prom dresses from high school. Well, because she is 10 and I was 16-18 when I wore these things, lets say we had to do some altering (mostly in the form of clips along the back) to keep these on her.

The Black with the white top I wore to my Jr Prom. It was so beautiful. I picked it out of a magazine and was so excited when I found it at the prom dress shop.

The black dress was my Sr Ball dress and my way of breaking out of the mold. All the other girls were wearing these pastels big sugar plum puff dresses (we even had some in wedding dresses). So I went with my date (who was also wearing all black) and my black rose corsage and we looked like...well I can say we looked like Gomez and Morticia from the Addams Family. Ya, we were that cool (roll of the eyes).

Sleeping Boys...

Bedtime at our house is always very adventuresome. The boys share a room and getting them to settle down is a challenge in of it self. Usually they jump from bed to bed, someone hits their head on the wall. We warn them a thousand times, tuck them in again and it starts all over again. It usually takes about 45 minutes to get them to settle down. Well, this night they settled down quickly. When we went up to check on them, they had moved their pillows to the ground and had covered themselves up and were asleep. It was really cute. We snapped some pics and then moved them to their warm beds.
