First day of school 2012...

The kids started school this last week.  Kelsey is in the 7th grade in Junior High, Chase is in the 4th grade and Sean is in 1st grade.  Yup,  I have made it to the point that all my kids are in all day school!

Hair cut...

Kelsey recently cut her hair.  Like really cut her hair.  Like 12 inches of cutting her hair.  (Insert cries here).  She has really wanted to cut her hair all summer and I have prolonged it.  Well I couldn't prolong it any longer.  She cut 12 inches off and was able to donate it to "Locks for Love",  which in itself is really awesome.  She also got some highlights put in.

Another broken arm...

Sean broke his arm (again) while on vacation last week.  So when he got home, I had made an appointment for him to get looked at by our "bone" Dr.  He went in and well...It had been too long and the little hospital they had went to in Cody, Wyoming hadn't set it...at all.  So, Monday we had to go and they re-broke his arm in the operating room.  OUCH!  He is doing really well and acts like as if nothing happened.  So out of the last 4 1/2 months we have had a boy in casts for all but 3 weeks of that.

Mt Rushmore...

The kids and Fred were able to go on a vacation this last week.  They were gone for 9 days.  They went to Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore and to 6 Flags in Denver.  They took their time and did lots of little stops in between.  They went to Ripleys Believe it or not museum.  They went river rafting.  To a gem mine and lots of other stuff.  They spent the first few days camping along the route and finished it off in Denver with a nice bed and a warm shower.

Recital time...

Kelsey recently finished up her dance year at Just Dance.  She did an awesome job and we are so proud of her!

Baseball...

Well Baseball didn't start out the way that we thought it would.  Chase broke his arm right after the 1st practice (did I mention Fred was coaching).  He and Dad decided that he would be the assitant coach.  He was able to play again the last game of the regular season and then the 3 games into the playoffs.

6th Grade Graduation...

Our sweet little girl graduated from 6th Grade.  Can you believe it?  She celebrated by going to 2 graduations parties.  Bring on 7th grade!
